Shipping information

You may ship your order via the following shipping methods Allow a 72 hour margin in order to process your order.. :

• Regular Israel post with no tracking number. UPP is responsible only for dispatch, not arrival: free of charge
• Registered post- trackable at a cost of 15 NIS
• E-POST to locker or convenience store of your choice: 15 NIS
• Special courier delivered within 5 Business days from the time of processing at a cost of 50 NIS
• You can collect your order from our office in Raanana during our office hours of 10:00 to 15:00. You will need to ensure you have confirmation that your order has been processed prior to arriving for collection. We will contact you as soon as it is ready.
