Orders will be processed within 72 hours. Please allow 14 days for delivery.

You can find the full prices of the books, together with any available components (ie. Listening, reading) on the website. A UPP representative will contact you for payment information and let you know your shipping costs.
If you are using a UPP book in your class, you are entitled to a free copy of the book, workbook and teachers guide.  In order to get them, please send us your official school booklist.

You may return a book if the book is in a re-saleable condition, within 14 days of purchase.  We will credit your account, (minus postage charges and the deduction of 5% of the goods value).
