Choose your method of shipment and we will make sure to process your order within 72 hours. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery. (within the limitations of Covid-19)

If  you are a teacher, you are entitled to a discount. Please register to the site as a teacher.

This information can be found at the SHOP section. You can search for a book according to the level or the name of the book, or you can alternatively browse through the catalogue.

On your purchase receipt which you receive with your order, it is stated that books can be returned within a 14 day period from the date of purchase. The books will need to be returned in a re-saleable condition.  In order to return your goods, you will need to contact UPP offices in order to receive a confirmation of return.

NB: You will receive a refund only on the goods you have purchased (minus 5% of the net goods total) Postage will not be refunded.
